    [Intended use]

Canine parvovirus antigen test cassette (CPV Ag) is a rapid test cassette developed based on immunochromatographic colloidal gold technology for the rapid detection of antigen to canine parvovirus in dog faeces or vomit.

    [operation steps]

    1. Samples of freshly excreted feces or vomit were collected with a cotton swab, or taken directly from the rectum. Immediately insert the cotton swab into the sample tube containing the buffer, and remove the cotton swab and shake vigorously to mix. Allow to stand for a few minutes before testing. (Note: excessive sampling amount can affect the stability of colloidal gold particles and easily cause false positive. It is appropriate to cover 1/3 to 2/3 of the cotton swab head with the sample amount. )
    2. Remove one piece of CPV test card pocket and tear open, remove the test card, and place it horizontally on the operator's platform.
    3. Pipette the sample solution to be tested into the sample well S and add 3-4 drops (approximately 100μL).
    4. Observations within 5-10 minutes, invalid after 15 minutes.

    [Result judgment]

-Positive (+): The presence of both “C” line and zone “T” line, no matter T line is clear or vague.

-Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
